Vitale & Co Property Management Services is a specialised family owned and operated business. Tammy & Armando Vitale are the co-owners and partners of the business.

As a team Tammy and Armando have jointly maintained an interest in property related matters that has over the years become a passion and a vocational pathway for them both.
Tammy Vitale has vast industry expertise and a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of property management. Her first self-managed private investment dates back over 30 years ago. From those early days her involvement in the industry has remained constant, finally leading to achieving her ultimate dream of starting her own property management business with husband Armando.
Tammy has a full Real Estate Agents Licence and is also involved as a Chapter Committee Member with the REIQ working to help preserve the rights of current landlords. Tammy is well known in her local area as a career Property Manager who is completely focused on providing long term stability and re-assurance to all landlords that their valuable assets are in very safe hands.
Armando Vitale has held a Builders Licence and worked in property development and maintenance for over 25 years. He also holds a full Real Estate Agents Licence and is able to assist with all building related, renovation and maintenance issues that may arise. Armando is also able to give landlords a genuinely unbiased perspective on specific issues which can help to make the properties more appealing to good tenants and potentially save money on unwanted costs and charges.
