Tammy has held the mandatory industry approved accreditation since 2007 and is currently the holder of a Real Estate Agents full licence.

Originally from Gippsland in Victoria, she moved to Brisbane with husband Armando in 1994.

Once established and familiar with the local surrounds and facilities, it very quickly became clear that residing in the Bayside area and working in property management would be an irresistible combination and also lead to a long-term career pathway.

After starting as a property manager, Tammy has progressed to subsequent employment appointments as head of the rental department with local agencies. Together with her staff she has successfully managed in excess of five hundred residential and commercial properties and has never shied away from working longer hours if required to do so.

Socially Tammy is involved in various community groups and is well known for her networking and co-ordinating capabilities. She particularly enjoys her regular group exercise sessions at the local gym.

Armando holds a current Real Estate Agents full Licence accreditation.

Also originally from Gippsland in Victoria, he moved to Brisbane with wife Tammy in 1994.

With a keen interest in building and property development, it wasn’t long before the renovation bug took hold, undoubtedly made more appealing by the favourable prevailing economic conditions in south-east Brisbane. It was then a natural transition into property maintenance and eventually becoming the part owner of a property management business.

Armando enjoys being active and keeping fit, regularly attending the local gym where he is a foundation member. He also enjoys watching a variety of sports at all levels in the local area.

Eleni holds a current Real Estate Registration Certificate accreditation.

Eleni began her real estate career in 2007. She is a well known and respected property manager with over fifteen years experience in the industry.

Eleni prides herself on her diligence, meticulous professionalism and is able to effectively communicate with landlords and tenants alike. She is a career property manager who always aspires to exceed her clients’ expectations whilst achieving her own personal goals and vocational aspirations. Her ability to achieve ongoing repeat client referrals is a testament to the depth of appreciation for her skills, aptitude and respect within the property management industry.

Aside from her working life, Eleni enjoys family outings and catching up with friends on a regular basis.

Brigitte holds a current Real Estate Registration Certificate accreditation.

Brigitte has been working in the industry for an extensive period of time, in various roles and locations between the Gold Coast and Brisbane in Queensland. Living in the local Bayside area she has been able to concentrate on building up her knowledge and skills in all aspects of residential property management. Her ongoing diligence and dedication to her chosen profession is reflected in the high standards which she has consistently maintained over many years working in the industry.

When she’s not at work Brigitte enjoys gardening, cooking and reading.

Carole holds a current Real Estate Registration Certificate accreditation and has been actively working in the property management industry for over 16 years. She had previously been employed as a senior property manager with the Home Rental Centre based locally in Wynnum for the entirety of this period prior to joining Vitale & Co Property Management Services.

Carole knows the Bayside region extremely well and has lived as a resident in this area for over 20 years. Her dedication and diligence are well-known trademarks in all her interactions and dealings with existing clients and prospective customers alike.

In her spare time, Carole enjoys keeping fit, horse riding and taking her beloved dog on long walks in a variety of locations.
